TERMS & CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions apply to visitors to the website www.ecogrill.site and all commercial transactions made through the Ecogrill online store. These conditions have been in force for all Customers since July 23, 2024.
1. Introduction
Welcome to the EcoGrill website. By using our website and online store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Ecogrill
The website www.ecogrill.site is owned by Ecogrill Lda, headquartered at Rua da Mata 301, 4535-363 Santa Maria Lamas, registered at the Conservatory of the Commercial Register of Santa Maria Feira under the unique registration number and legal person 509 313 604, with a share capital of €10,000, hereinafter referred to as Ecogrill.
3. Security Conditions
Ecogrill respects and protects the personal data of its website users. Some areas of the site may be accessed without providing personal information, but where necessary, the collection and use of the data will follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), guaranteeing confidentiality and security. Ecogrill may change security procedures without notice, always in accordance with the GDPR. However, the use of the Internet involves risks beyond Ecogrill's control, requiring attention and care from users.
4. Products and Services
We offer a variety of products on our website. All products are subject to their availability, and we reserve the right to modify them, as well as their prices and conditions shown, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We display all sale prices to the public in euros, including VAT at the legal rate in force, and these prices are exclusive to the online store. Ecogrill undertakes to make every effort to ensure that all information presented is free of typographical errors and to correct them as soon as they are detected. However, we are not responsible for computer errors outside Ecogrill that affect the description, characteristics, and images of the products, and their prices. Purchase orders on products affected by such errors will always be considered invalid and void.
5. Ordering and Payment
You can place an order on our website by selecting the products you wish to purchase, providing your billing and shipping information, and completing the purchase process. After the confirmation of the order, it cannot be canceled, except for the right of cancellation in paragraph 7. You will start receiving emails about the status of your order after the order and payment have been made. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation so that you can track the delivery. In the absence of availability of any ordered product, Ecogrill undertakes to inform the customer and refund the amounts in question within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of knowledge of this unavailability. Payments are processed by a partner entity, Easypay, and the payment methods available are:

6. Shipping and Delivery
For the time being, only orders made in the online store with deliveries in Continental Portugal will be accepted. In the case of orders to the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores, or outside Portugal, please contact us. The cost of transportation is calculated automatically for Continental Portugal, taking into account the delivery address, total weight, and type of product to be transported. It is possible to see the total shipping cost before finalizing the order.
We will send your order to the delivery address provided during the completion of the purchase, and we estimate that the delivery time will be between 24 to 48 hours after shipping. However, these deadlines are estimates, and we are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by factors beyond our control.
The delivery of the order will be made between 8 AM and 7 PM on business days, with Ecogrill not controlling the exact time of delivery.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and we will not be liable for any errors or delays caused by incorrect shipping details. If it is not possible to receive the first delivery, the order will be forwarded to the closest logistics center of the carrier concerned, and the customer will have up to 48 hours to make the withdrawal or request a new delivery, which will incur an additional charge. After these 48 hours, the order will be returned to Ecogrill.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to sign the transport guide and indicate any claims/complaints regarding the condition of the goods received, namely visible damage to the product. It is also essential to inform Ecogrill of any incidents.
The carrier is an external entity to Ecogrill; however, if you have any suggestions or complaints, you can direct them to Ecogrill.
It is also possible to select pickup at the Ecogrill warehouse, at the address: Rua da Mata 301, 4535-363 Santa Maria de Lamas, Aveiro, Portugal. By selecting this option, Ecogrill is not responsible for the delivery of the products, and this is the sole responsibility of the customer. The warehouse is open from 08:30 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:30. However, we advise you to contact Ecogrill in advance to ensure that the pickup goes as planned.
7. Return Policy
Right of Return
The Customer may terminate the contract without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason, within 14 days after receipt of the order. The resolution must be communicated by e-mail, letter, or telephone to Ecogrill.
Terms of Return

The items must be returned within 14 days of the communication of the resolution, accompanied by the original invoice.

Do not send items without prior contact, as they will not be received.

Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
Requirements for Exchange or Return

Items must be in good condition, in the original packaging, accompanied by their respective invoices.

Consumables must be in the original packaging and intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of used items.
Procedure
After contacting Ecogrill and receiving the return instructions, send the properly packaged item to: Ecogrill Lda, Rua da Mata 301, 4535-363 Santa Maria Lamas.
Refund
The refund will be made by Bank Transfer. Please provide your IBAN for this purpose. All items will be checked upon arrival, and Ecogrill reserves the right not to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Damaged Items
If you receive damaged items, Ecogrill will schedule the pickup at the specified place without charge to the Customer. The amount will be returned after checking the condition of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of free resolution. Ecogrill reserves the right not to accept items that do not meet these conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ecogrill® or its respective owners and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our prior consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our website or the products offered, including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. In no case will our liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the products ordered through our website.
10. Governing Law
Law These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of this website after any changes to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
12. Final Provisions
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, you can use the ODR platform - RLL in Portuguese. The list of alternative dispute resolution entities (RAL) can be found at the following link: https://www.cniacc.pt/pt/. All electronic messages sent during access to the Ecogrill online store, including emails and messages via an Internet browser, will be considered, for the purposes of applicable law, as contractual statements. Ecogrill may send the Customer information about new products, promotions, or others of interest to the Customers of the Online Store.
