FIRE LINE

Fire equipment conceived and built by us.
Engineered with precision, proven where the service happens.

FOR THOSE WHO LIVE BY FIRE
Catering chefs, event producers, and open-air cooks.
Those who set up on site, cook under pressure, and break down at the end of the night. That's who we build for.
OUR WORK
THE EQUIPMENTS
A complete line, from equipment built for intensive service to pieces conceived to be seen.
Each one can be adapted, resized, or rethought from the ground up.

01
THE TOWER
Fire organised in height. A central ember table with the main working grate, and two elevated tiers above for roasting, drying, or smoking at the same time, each height-adjustable via a clamp system. An integrated suspension point for pieces hung over the heat. All mounted on a mobile frame, ready to move from service to service.
- Central ember table with working grate
- Two elevated tiers, height-adjustable via clamp
- Integrated suspension point
- Iron body, mobile frame on castors, with lower storage shelf
02
FIRE SCHOOL GRILL
Where it all begins. Developed for the Chefs on Fire Fire School, this is the grill in its most essential form: a robust steel body, two grate levels with wooden handles, no adjustment systems to complicate the learning. A main grate over the embers, and a raised second level to keep warm or cook more gently. This is where you learn to listen to the fire before you learn to control it.
- Steel body, direct and uncomplicated construction
- Two grate levels, with wooden handles
- Upper level for holding warm or indirect cooking

03
THE FRAME
A complete fire station, not just a grill. A height-adjustable central grate, work surfaces for prep and holding, and suspension points for smoking, drying, or plating. Everything built to happen in one place
- Iron structure
- Central grate with chain-adjustable height
- Modular lower bench with integrated trays and racks
- Suspension points for smoking and composition
04
PIT FIRE
Fire at working height. Corten steel cone base, raised to waist level, with a circular surface ready for pot, grill, or pan. Built for live-fire cooking, where the chef works the flame in front of the guest.
- Corten steel base, a finish that develops with use
- Circular work surface at waist height
- Conceived for showcase cooking and live service

05
PARRILA
Precision in motion. Two independent grates, each with its own flywheel, adjust height over the fire mid-service, without interrupting the cook. At the centre, a firebox feeds both sides from a single source. Stainless steel body, mounted on a mobile frame with castors and a lower storage bench.
- Two independent grates, each with its own flywheel
- Height adjustment while operating
- Central wood firebox, feeding both sides
- Stainless steel body, mobile frame and lower storage bench
MADE TO MEASURE
YOUR FIRE, YOUR WAY
No two fires are alike. No two events are alike.
Everything you see on this page can be adapted: dimensions, finishes, configuration, adjustment systems. And when the idea you're after doesn't exist yet, we design and build it from scratch.
We've conceived pieces for concepts that didn't yet have a name, for demands no one had faced before, and for chefs who arrived with an idea sketched on a napkin. That's the work that interests us.
01- We talk through the concept, the service, and the ambition
02 - We design and present the proposal
03 - We manufacture in our facilities
04 - We deliver and support the first service
